The Maritime Museum building is currently closed so much needed restoration work can be accomplished. The building closed on July 10, 2006, and will reopen in 2009. For more information click here.
Although the Museum is closed, the San Francisco Senior Center, which operates out of the lower level of the building, will remain open throughout the construction.
